Walker Brothers’ Nite Flights (Record Store Day)

We were a little bit late to hear about this, but for 2026 Record Store Day the folks at Sony re-issued The Walker Brothers’ Nite Flights record, which Frank was a big part of. I believe this version is cut from the original tape, which is exciting as I think the previous re-issues were not, but let me know if I’m off base on that one.

It doesn’t look like this one made it to New Zealand and from talking to the folks at Amoeba Records in Los Angeles, it sold out pretty much instantly. Some retailers on the Record Store Day site may still have it in your area, but I had the best luck with Discogs.com. Thanks to my good friend Zach Marcus for picking me up a copy in San Diego, since everywhere in Los Angeles is sold out.
